Vanilla Valentines

How to make these Vanilla Valentine Hearts
You will need:
225g (8 oz) Plain Flour, 150g (5.5 oz) Butter or Margarine., 125g (4.5 oz) Sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavouring and Castor or icing sugar for dusting.
Rub the flour into the butter then stir in the sugar and vanilla.
Bring the mixture together to form a firm dough.
Roll out to about 2.5cm (1 inch) thick and stamp out with a 5cm (2 inch) heart cutter.
Place onto a greased baking tray and cook at 180'C/350'F/Gas Mark 4 for 15 minutes until golden.
Leave to cool, dust with sugar, share with you loved ones and enjoy!!
